There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed.
