You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.
