Next we considered exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many exercises you can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.
