We began by looking into the various types of food we eat. We learned that certain foods can be harmful to our health while others are beneficial. We know sugar is bad for you because it causes weight gain. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are many exercises you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.
