Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. Exercise makes us happy. There are many activities that you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity. If we want to be healthy, we need to get enough sleep.
