Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. It also makes us feel happy. There are many different exercises we can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.
